Spring Anime

A new season of anime started (kind of) recently. What are you watching? Have any recommendations for someone like me who likes to wait until series become popular before jumping on the bandwagon? :)

The above arrangement is my exact watching order for the anime, and reading of the manga for those that have manga that is. Kamen no Maid guy and Kanokon have more awesome manga than anime, but are still WIN in anime format. Go watch them all

ALL of them are this season. They all started between the ending of May and April. Watch them at your own time. Only a few like those I wrote having "season" whatever are from an older anime. All the animes are N.E.W.

Itazura na Kiss is an awesome manga that's finally getting an anime The story starts with Kotoko confessing to her crush but gets rejected. She decides to give up on her love. That same day, the Aihara's newly-built home was destroyed during a mild earthquake due to poor construction. They ended up staying at her pop's best friend's place, which [you guessed it] happens to be the home of her crush. It's quite nice to read and watch.
The story of the manga is unfinished IMO as the original mangaka died.

Yeah I didn't really see anything on the summer list that caught my eye so I don't think I'm going to pick up any new series this season unless there is one that is a surprise hit.

Haruhi Season II and the Lucky Star OVA for one, the fight scene in the second Naruto Shippuden movie, Appleseed Genesis are some of the stuff I'm hoping to see as part of the fall line-up.

I heard that rumor, but I'm not flowing with it yet. The OVA, I'm sure off. There was a Press Kit for that. There aren't any chapters of manga for a new season. Unless a lot were released when I wasn't looking.

Yeah what I heard was that they said that the Haruhi fans would be willing to hold out for another season but the Lucky Star fans can't wait. >_<
